Meishi is a business card management application designed with privacy as its foundation. This Privacy Policy describes how Meishi (the "App") handles your information.
The short version: the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All scanning, recognition, and storage happens entirely on your device.
We do not collect any personal information from you. Specifically, the App does not collect:
— Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
— Information from the business cards you scan
— Photos or images of business cards
— Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics data
— Location data
— Usage analytics or crash reports linked to your identity
All business card recognition is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Card images, recognized text, notes, and tags are stored only in your device's local storage and are never uploaded to any server.
The App makes no network requests of any kind, except for the purchase flow described below.
The App is offered through Apple's App Store payment system. All purchase transactions are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Purchase receipts are validated on-device only. No purchase data is sent to our servers.

The App requests access to your device's camera to enable business card scanning, and optional access to your photo library to import existing card images. Captured and imported images are processed and stored locally on your device only. They are not transmitted anywhere. You can revoke camera or photo library permission at any time via iOS Settings.
The App offers an optional App Lock feature that uses Face ID or Touch ID to restrict access. Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and is never accessible to the App. Meishi only receives a success or failure result from the system.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or social media platforms. There are no ads of any kind.
If you choose to open an address in Google Maps from within the App, the request is sent directly from your device to Google. We do not act as an intermediary, and we do not see or record this activity. Please refer to Google's privacy practices for information on how Google handles such requests.
All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete any individual card or all data at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data from your device.
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal data, it presents no privacy risk for children.
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Meishi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DYT K.K. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App's optical character recognition (OCR) is not perfect, and recognized data is not guaranteed to be accurate.
The App uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to extract text from business cards. While we have designed the App to recognize information as accurately as possible, OCR is inherently imperfect. Recognition results may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications — particularly for handwritten cards, decorative or unusual fonts, low-light captures, damaged or worn cards, glare, blur, foreign-language layouts, or non-standard card designs.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the recognized data and correcting it as needed before relying on it for any purpose (including, without limitation, contacting the person, exporting to a CRM, or sharing with others). The App provides editing tools for this purpose. We make no representation or warranty that recognition will be 100% accurate, complete, or fit for any particular use.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy above, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is offered through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase. All purchase transactions, billing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please use Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All data created or stored within the App resides locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and cannot recover it on your behalf. You are responsible for backing up your data using the App's export function (vCard, CSV, or JSON) and/or your device's standard backup mechanisms (such as iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups via Finder/iTunes). We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, software malfunction, App uninstallation, or any other cause.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose, including the collection or processing of personal data of third parties in violation of applicable privacy or data protection laws; (c) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Apple's services.
You acknowledge that business cards may contain personal information of third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection, storage, and use of such information complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The App and all related intellectual property — including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, and the "Meishi" name and logo — are owned by DYT K.K. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF RECOGNITION RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DYT K.K. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of the above limitation may not apply to you.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and DYT K.K. only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated effective date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Meishi は、プライバシーを基本理念として設計された名刺管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、Meishi（以下「本アプリ」）がお客様の情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
要点：本アプリは、いかなる個人情報も収集、送信、共有することはありません。名刺のスキャン、認識、保存はすべてお客様の端末内で完結します。
本アプリは、お客様からいかなる個人情報も収集しません。具体的には、以下の情報を収集しません。
— お客様の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、その他の連絡先情報
— スキャンした名刺の情報
— 名刺の写真や画像
— デバイス識別子、広告 ID、解析データ
— 位置情報
— お客様を識別する利用解析やクラッシュレポート
名刺の認識処理はすべて、Apple の Vision フレームワークを用いてお客様の端末内で行われます。名刺画像、認識されたテキスト、メモ、タグはすべて端末のローカルストレージにのみ保存され、いかなるサーバーにもアップロードされません。
本アプリは、後述の購入処理を除き、ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。
本アプリは Apple の App Store 決済システムを通じて提供されます。すべての購入処理は Apple によってのみ行われます。当方はお客様の支払情報を受領または保存することはありません。
購入レシートの検証は端末内でのみ行われます。購入データは当方のサーバーに送信されません。
Apple がお客様の支払データをどのように扱うかについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシー（apple.com/legal/privacy）をご参照ください。
本アプリは、名刺のスキャン機能を提供するためにカメラへのアクセスを、また既存の名刺画像をインポートするために任意でフォトライブラリへのアクセスを要求します。撮影またはインポートされた画像はすべて端末内でのみ処理・保存され、いかなる場所にも送信されません。これらのアクセス許可は、iOS の設定からいつでも取り消せます。
本アプリは、Face ID または Touch ID を用いてアプリへのアクセスを制限する任意の App Lock 機能を提供します。生体認証データは iOS によってのみ取り扱われ、本アプリがアクセスすることはありません。Meishi はシステムから成功または失敗の結果のみを受け取ります。
本アプリは、サードパーティ製の SDK、解析フレームワーク、広告ネットワーク、ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームをいかなる形でも組み込んでいません。広告は一切表示されません。
本アプリ内から Google マップで住所を開くことを選択された場合、当該リクエストはお客様の端末から Google に直接送信されます。当方はその仲介を行わず、当該操作の内容を把握・記録することもありません。当該リクエストの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシー方針をご参照ください。
お客様のデータはすべて、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリ内から、個別の名刺データやすべてのデータをいつでも削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、保存されたすべてのデータが端末から削除されます。
本アプリは 4+ 年齢区分であり、すべての年齢の方にお使いいただけます。本アプリはいかなる個人情報も収集しないため、子どものプライバシーに関するリスクはありません。
本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合、本ページ上部の発効日を更新します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続される場合、変更後のポリシーに同意されたものとみなします。

Meishi（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に拘束されることに同意するものとします。本規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
お客様が本規約を遵守することを条件として、DYT 株式会社は、お客様が所有または管理する Apple ブランドのデバイス上で、Apple Media Services 利用規約の使用条件に従って本アプリを使用するための、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能かつ取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。
本アプリの光学文字認識（OCR）は完全ではなく、認識結果が正確であることを保証するものではありません。
本アプリは Apple のオンデバイス Vision フレームワークを用いて名刺から文字情報を抽出します。可能な限り正確に情報を認識するよう設計していますが、OCR は本質的に完全な精度を保証できる技術ではありません。手書きの名刺、装飾的または特殊なフォント、暗所での撮影、損傷・摩耗した名刺、反射や手ぶれ、外国語のレイアウト、非標準的な名刺デザインなどの場合、認識結果に誤り、欠落、または項目の取り違え（例：役職欄に肩書き以外の情報が混入する等）が含まれる可能性があります。
お客様は、認識されたデータをご自身で確認し、必要に応じて修正したうえでご利用いただく責任を負います（連絡先としての利用、CRM へのエクスポート、第三者への共有などを含みますが、これらに限られません）。本アプリには、そのための編集機能が備わっています。当方は、認識結果が 100% 正確であること、完全であること、または特定の用途に適合することを表明・保証するものではありません。
お客様による本アプリの利用には、上記のプライバシーポリシーも適用されるものとし、同ポリシーは本規約の一部を構成します。
本アプリは、Apple App Store を通じて買い切り型で提供されます。すべての購入処理、課金、および返金は、Apple Media Services 利用規約に基づき Apple のみによって行われます。当方は決済を処理せず、直接返金を行うこともできません。返金をご希望の場合は、Apple の標準的な返金手続き（reportaproblem.apple.com）をご利用ください。
本アプリ内で作成・保存されるデータは、すべてお客様の端末内にのみ存在します。当方はこれらのデータにアクセスすることができず、お客様に代わって復元することもできません。お客様は、ご自身のデータをバックアップする責任を負います。本アプリのエクスポート機能（vCard、CSV、JSON）および／またはお使いの端末の標準的なバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップ、Finder／iTunes 経由の暗号化ローカルバックアップ等）をご利用ください。端末の紛失・破損、ソフトウェアの不具合、本アプリのアンインストール、その他いかなる事由によるデータの損失についても、当方は責任を負いません。
お客様は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。(a) 関連法令で明示的に許可される場合を除き、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、その他ソースコードを取得しようとする行為、(b) 第三者の個人情報の収集・処理を、関連するプライバシー法・データ保護法に違反して行う行為を含む、本アプリのいかなる違法な利用、(c) Apple のサービスに損害、停止、過負荷、または機能低下をもたらす可能性のある方法での本アプリの利用。
名刺には第三者の個人情報が含まれる場合があります。当該情報の収集、保存、利用がお客様の所在地および関連する法域における全ての適用法令に準拠することを確保する責任は、お客様のみが負います。
本アプリおよびこれに関連する一切の知的財産権（ソースコード、デザイン、商標、「Meishi」の名称およびロゴを含みますが、これらに限られません）は、DYT 株式会社に帰属し、適用される著作権法、商標法、その他の知的財産関連法によって保護されます。本規約は、お客様にいかなる所有権も移転するものではありません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されるものであり、明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も伴いません。適用法で許容される最大限の範囲において、当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性、および認識結果の正確性に関する黙示の保証を含む、すべての保証を否認します。当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、エラーがないこと、またはセキュリティ上の脆弱性がないことを保証するものではありません。
適用法で許容される最大限の範囲において、いかなる場合においても、DYT 株式会社は、本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因または関連して生じる、間接的、付随的、特別的、結果的、または懲罰的損害、またはデータ・事業・利益の喪失について、当方がそのような損害の発生可能性について事前に知らされていた場合であっても、責任を負いません。当方の累積的な総責任額は、お客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。
一部の法域では、特定の損害の除外または制限が認められない場合があり、その場合は上記の制限の一部が適用されないことがあります。
本規約は、お客様と DYT 株式会社との間の合意であり、Apple は本規約の当事者ではありません。Apple は本アプリまたはその内容について責任を負いません。ただし、Apple およびその子会社は本規約の第三者受益者であり、本規約をお客様に対して執行する権利を有します。
当方は、本規約を随時更新することがあります。更新後の発効日は、本ページ上部に表示されます。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続される場合、変更後の規約に同意されたものとみなします。
